When my Father passed on, my family placed my Father’s SC property for sale with a realtor. We know the realtor was doing an excellent job because he was also listing another SC home we owned in the neighborhood---and while there was great interest in our property, we could not generate much interest in my Father’s property.
I contacted the realtor and told him I wanted to auction my Father’s property and he referred me to Gregg Napier at Carolina One.
